The USC Gould International Human Rights Clinic, in collaboration with the Law Office of Spojmie Nasiri, Human Rights First, and AILA, published a guide on best practices and resources for attorneys assisting Afghan Nationals and Operation Allies Welcome Parolees. The purpose of the guide is to provide attorneys with an overview of the types of immigration relief/options available to these individuals, as well as connect attorneys to the vast array of resources that are already in the immigration universe.
